Program Outcomes:

1. He/she has competent knowledge in the basic subjects of civil engineering and the necessary knowledge in design and application in sub-branches such as structural engineering, mechanics, geotechnical engineering, construction materials, construction management, hydraulics and transportation.

2. He/she has the skill of adaptability to make productive and effective contributions in team work.

3. He/she has the ability to define and analyze engineering problems in civil engineering and related fields and generate solutions by selecting the necessary modeling methods for design.

4. He/she establishes written and verbal communication efficiently, especially in their own professional fields, and prepares reports with the help of written, verbal and/or graphics in relevant fields.

5. He/she uses the work of others appropriately and legally, with an individual basis of professional and ethical responsibility in civil engineering.

6. He/she has the ability to design experiments, conduct experiments, collect data, analyze and interpret the results to examine civil engineering problems.

7. He/she is aware of the need for lifelong learning in order to increase their engineering skills and knowledge in their professional fields after graduation.

8. He/she uses the necessary techniques, design methods/approaches, and engineering equipments to realize new engineering designs and applications.

9. He/she has the necessary theoretical and applied knowledge in basic mathematics, science and engineering for the purpose of modeling and examining problems in the field of civil engineering.

10. He/she has the ability to take part in civil engineering and interdisciplinary team work.

11. He/she is aware of the necessity of learning in order to know the health, economic, environmental and social effects of engineering applications on universal and social dimensions.
